Oral Hygiene:
Brush your teeth and tongue regularly with a soft-bristled toothbrush to avoid irritating the piercing. Avoid brushing the piercing site directly until it is further along in the healing process.

Avoid Certain Foods:
Stay away from spicy, acidic, or hot foods that could irritate the piercing. Opt for softer foods to minimize pressure on the pierced area.

Avoid Touching:
Do not touch, twist, or play with the jewelry, except when cleaning. Always wash your hands thoroughly before touching the piercing.

Avoid Oral Contact:
Refrain from oral activities or kissing until the piercing has fully healed to prevent bacterial infection.
