Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on body jewelry, including items ordered in the wrong size.

However, returns are accepted for non-body jewelry items, such as rings, necklaces, bracelets, and aftercare products. These can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Important Information:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage.
• We do not accept returns on engraved, altered, or damaged items.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
• Returned non-pierced jewelry (necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.) must be unused, unworn, with original tags intact, or in sealed packaging.
• Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• We are not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
